Back Courtyard

Established in 1957 to serve Ent Air Force Base, Ent Credit Union has since become Colorado’s number one credit union while expanding to 12 Front Range counties. When Ent approached Shea Properties about developing a new corporate campus, the central determinant in site selection continually returned to Colorado Springs, their hometown. Acting as a development advisor & construction management lead, Shea Properties led Ent through consultant/contractor selection and design for a new 300,000-SF corporate facility near I-25 and Interquest Parkway on the city’s northern fringe.

Ent’s previous three-building office profile was consolidated into a single facility while allowing for substantial additional employee growth in the future. Ent is also leasing branch operations space at several of our suburban Denver retail centers as this relationship has grown.
