The Loftson Monaco

Conveniently located at I-25 and I-225, The Lofts on Monaco adaptive reuse project will bring affordable multifamily housing to the Denver Tech Center. In partnership with the Denver Housing Authority, The Lofts on Monaco is a community initiative, utilizing the Federal Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) investment stimulus program.

Shea Properties will transform the 124,000 square foot former office building into 143 apartments featuring a diverse mix of home sizes including studios, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom design options to meet a variety of living needs. The Lofts offers a unique living environment with wide open spaces, high ceilings and huge glass windows.

Thoughtfully designed amenity spaces include a game room, fitness center, co-working space and community courtyard. Construction began in May 2025, with completion anticipated in June 2026.

With expansive views, located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, The Lofts on Monaco is conveniently situated near the RTD bus and rail system, offering residents seamless access to transit options throughout the greater Denver area. Additionally, residents will appreciate first/last mile transit options with Denver’s shared bike and scooter program.
